Opposite to the rest of Poyatos static presses, more versatile ones due to the wider variety of products they can make, this multi-layer production machine, model “Adoquinera A-120”, has been conceived for manufacturers specialised in producing paving stone blocks with double layer and some other special products (with height up to 400 mm.), with high output and providing a high strength and perfect finish to the products.

"Over Top" Production System for Paving Stone Machines

According to this “over top” production system, the paving stone blocks are vibrated on top of elevating table “scissor type”, and every time that a setting of blocks is made, it goes down one level so that the following setting is made on top of the previous one, at the end producing finished packages.

There is a range of technical solutions available up to arrive to the last stage of finishing products (separating in between of layers, devices to transfer the pieces from the production pallets to delivering pallets and so on).
