Our company has been manufacturing from 1975 automatic installations for the prefabricated of concrete, comprising: stationary presses, (with fully automatic circuit for the transport and stocking of pieces); machines for over top production, (to make paving stones and other special pieces); turbo mixers (from 500 to 3.000 lt.) splitter machines, batching plants, etc.

The factory is located in Granada (Spain). It counts with an indoor area of 30.000 m2, equipped with machinery of the latest technology, with robotized and of numeric control machines, following costs saving manufacturing procedures with a high quality in the finishing of our products, most of which are totally made  by us, assembling hydraulic and electronic components alike and aggregate elements of top marks at world level.

POYATOS designs and manufactures, under its own patents, 14 different models of machinery, with capacities of production that range from 600 to 4.000 blocks (20x20x40) per hour.  These machines, equipped with the most advanced systems, can make all kind of concrete materials, such as blocks, bricks, kerbstones, paving stones, vaults for ceilings, decorative lattices, etc.

The staff is formed by workers with the utmost qualification and a Technical Team of mechanic, electric and electronic Engineers. All our installations, which are totally manufactured, assembled and tested in our workshops, including the Electric Control Panels, are designed, studied and developed in our Technical Department, using the latest software systems.

With this technological capacity, the machinery we currently manufacture under  POYATOS trade mark has become, for its design, quality, capacity and competitiveness, leader in sales and total revenue in Spain, being as well among the top ranks of manufacturers of this sort of machinery in the world, having exported and delivered turnkey installations to countries as Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, Philipines, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Morocco, Alger, Jordan, Portugal, France, Poland, Green Cape, Honduras, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Malaysia, Thailand, Check Republic, Georgia, Ukraine, etc. making a contribution to the building of dwellings, civil works and all kind of constructions along our more than 25 years of existence.
